Federal Express Entry
Express Entry is not one single immigration program. It is a system used to manage applications under several federal economic immigration pathways, including the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades Program. Phase 1: Express Entry Profile or Provincial Nominee Application We carefully prepare and manage your Express Entry profile or provincial application to help you secure an Invitation to Apply (ITA) or a Provincial Nomination, an important milestone on the path to permanent residence. Phase 2: Permanent Residence Application Once you receive your ITA or nomination, we take care of the permanent residence application process, guiding your file through the federal stage with care and precision.
Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
Canada’s provinces and territories operate immigration streams designed around their own labour-market, economic, and demographic needs. A pathway that is not available in one province may be relevant in another.
Temporary Resident Program
Temporary status decisions can affect more than your immediate ability to remain or work in Canada. The type of permit, employer, occupation, location, and timing may also influence future permanent residence options. We support clients across every stage of their temporary resident journey including: Employer-specific and open work permit guidance Work permit extension planning Study permit considerations Visitor status and extensions Restoration or status-related strategy Temporary-to-permanent residence planning
Spousal & Family Sponsorship
Family sponsorship applications are deeply personal and often document-heavy. A strong application should clearly demonstrate eligibility, relationship history, financial responsibilities where applicable, and the circumstances of the people involved.
Canadian Citizenship
Citizenship is the final milestone for many permanent residents - and the rules have recently changed in ways that matter. Bill C-3, which came into force in December 2025, removed the first-generation limit on citizenship by descent, opening new pathways for individuals who may not have previously qualified. If you have Canadian ancestry through a grandparent, your eligibility may look different today than it did a year ago.
