With years of experience in the Canadian immigration consulting profession, I’ve dedicated my practice to supporting international healthcare professionals in achieving their Canadian goals.

I’m a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant registered and licensed with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CCIC). I recognize the importance of credential assessments, licensure guidance, and transparent, ethical advice.

Lotica’s connection to immigration began long before Liddle Immigration Consulting existed.
Raised in India, she began her career working with the Canadian High Commission. That early experience gave her a first-hand view of how immigration decisions affect individuals, families, careers, and entire futures. After immigrating to Canada herself, she continued building her professional life through roles in administration, human resources, and talent acquisition.

Her years in HR taught her how to assess professional backgrounds, understand credentials, evaluate experience, and look beyond a résumé to see the full person behind it. It also gave her a practical understanding of the employment and career questions that often sit alongside immigration decisions.

Later in her career, Lotica became increasingly concerned by stories of vulnerable applicants being misled by consultants who promised outcomes they could not deliver. Rather than simply watching from the sidelines, she returned to school, earned her professional certification, passed the national examination, and built the kind of immigration practice she believed clients deserved.

What began as a broad immigration practice gradually developed a signature strength in healthcare immigration. Today, Liddle supports professionals, families, skilled applicants, and internationally trained candidates, while offering dedicated expertise for healthcare professionals whose path may involve immigration, credentials, licensure, and career planning.
