STUDENT VISA

Each year, Canada welcomes over 400,000 international students. Those aspiring to study in Canada must secure acceptance from a recognized educational institution for a full-time program. Additionally, they need to demonstrate sufficient financial means to support themselves and convince the immigration officer of their intention to leave Canada upon completing their studies. We closely collaborate with students to evaluate and select the most suitable programs that align with their interests and provide assistance throughout the visa application process.

PERMANENT RESIDENCE

Canada has a longstanding tradition of welcoming newcomers, accepting over 300,000 new permanent residents annually. Embracing humanitarian principles, Canada also welcomes tens of thousands of refugees fleeing conflict and persecution. If you're considering immigrating, we can help you explore different admission categories to find the best fit for your situation.

VISITOR VISA

A Temporary Resident Visa, commonly referred to as a Visitor Visa, is provided to tourists or business visitors. While most visitors are permitted to stay in Canada for a duration of up to 6 months, the exact length is determined by the Canada Border Services Officer at the Port of Entry, and it may vary from the standard 6 months. We will evaluate your eligibility and assist you in navigating through the application procedure

FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

Family reunification ranks among Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)'s top priorities. Canadian Permanent Residents and Citizens can sponsor their spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner aged 18 or older. They can also sponsor their parents, grandparents, or orphaned relatives (brother, sister, nephew, niece, grandson, or granddaughter under 18 and unmarried or not in a common-law relationship).

WORK PERMIT

The Temporary Foreign Worker Program helps Canadian employers in addressing temporary labor or skill shortages by recruiting foreign workers. Employers have the option to hire foreign workers under agreements such as LMIA, CUSMA, GATS, and through inter-company transfers. Securing a work permit necessitates the primary applicant to hold a job offer in Canada. We closely partner with employers to navigate the approval process through IRCC and provide support to foreign workers in obtaining their work permits.

EXPRESS ENTRY

The Express Entry system has added a new layer of complexity to Canada's immigration landscape. It comprises three categories: Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, and Canadian Experience Class. We specialize in creating Express Entry profiles and guiding successful applicants through the permanent residence application process. We will work with you to assess and determine the best program that aligns with your profile.

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM

Each Canadian province operates its own immigration initiative, nominating a limited number of new immigrants annually. We can assist you in identifying the most suitable Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and guide you through the application process.
