Services

Built on Honesty.
Driven by lived experience.

Lotica Liddle knows what it means to start over in a new country. As an immigrant from India, she navigated Canada's immigration system firsthand — before building a career in HR and talent acquisition, then returning to her roots in immigration law to build the kind of consulting practice she wished had existed for people like her.

After seeing vulnerable professionals exploited by unethical consultants who promise what they cannot deliver, I made a defining choice: specialize in Canadian immigration, and do it with complete integrity.

Client Testimonials

Those who have trusted us before you.

As an International Medical Graduate (IMG), the immigration and licensing process in Canada felt overwhelming. Liddle Immigration guided me through every step, from credential verification to exploring the right PNP stream. Their knowledge of healthcare-specific pathways was outstanding, and thanks to their strategy, I secured permanent residence much faster than I expected. I felt supported every step of the way.

Dr. Abdul Wahab,
Specialist Family Medicine

As an internationally educated nurse, I had spoken to other consultants before, but none understood the challenges nurses face with immigration and licensing in Canada the way Liddle Immigration did. They broke down the process into clear steps, prepared a personalized assessment report for me, and handled my application with absolute professionalism. Today, I’m living and working in Canada, and I couldn’t have done it without their guidance.

Mary Golez,
USRN

I am an International Medical Graduate practicing medicine in Canada and wanted to open a medical clinic but had no idea how to navigate immigration rules, licensing, and business setup. Liddle Immigration not only explained my options in detail but also provided a structured strategy that covered everything from LMIA to provincial entrepreneur programs. Their expertise gave me the confidence to move forward, knowing I was in the hands of a trusted professional.

Stamp for Approved Visa

STUDENT VISA

PERMANENT RESIDENCE

Each year, Canada welcomes over 400,000 international students. Those aspiring to study in Canada must secure acceptance from a recognized educational institution for a full-time program. Additionally, they need to demonstrate sufficient financial means to support themselves and convince the immigration officer of their intention to leave Canada upon completing their studies. We closely collaborate with students to evaluate and select the most suitable programs that align with their interests and provide assistance throughout the visa application process.

Canada has a longstanding tradition of welcoming newcomers, accepting over 300,000 new permanent residents annually. Embracing humanitarian principles, Canada also welcomes tens of thousands of refugees fleeing conflict and persecution. If you're considering immigrating, we can help you explore different admission categories to find the best fit for your situation.

VISITOR VISA

FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

A Temporary Resident Visa, commonly referred to as a Visitor Visa, is provided to tourists or business visitors. While most visitors are permitted to stay in Canada for a duration of up to 6 months, the exact length is determined by the Canada Border Services Officer at the Port of Entry, and it may vary from the standard 6 months. We will evaluate your eligibility and assist you in navigating through the application procedure

Family reunification ranks among Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)'s top priorities. Canadian Permanent Residents and Citizens can sponsor their spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner aged 18 or older. They can also sponsor their parents, grandparents, or orphaned relatives (brother, sister, nephew, niece, grandson, or granddaughter under 18 and unmarried or not in a common-law relationship).

WORK PERMIT

The Temporary Foreign Worker Program helps Canadian employers in addressing temporary labor or skill shortages by recruiting foreign workers. Employers have the option to hire foreign workers under agreements such as LMIA, CUSMA, GATS, and through inter-company transfers. Securing a work permit necessitates the primary applicant to hold a job offer in Canada. We closely partner with employers to navigate the approval process through IRCC and provide support to foreign workers in obtaining their work permits.

EXPRESS ENTRY

The Express Entry system has added a new layer of complexity to Canada's immigration landscape. It comprises three categories: Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, and Canadian Experience Class. We specialize in creating Express Entry profiles and guiding successful applicants through the permanent residence application process. We will work with you to assess and determine the best program that aligns with your profile.

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM

Each Canadian province operates its own immigration initiative, nominating a limited number of new immigrants annually. We can assist you in identifying the most suitable Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and guide you through the application process.

My Story

“To have the opportunity to meet new wonderful people, hear inspiring stories of courage and help my clients find their place in this great country is by far the most fulfilling thing!”
